With 20+ years of practical experience in property retrofitting and renewable energy installations, Jonathan is now head of sustainability for an NHS Ambulance Trust, where he is implementing innovative solutions to help the Trust achieve its Net Zero goals, drawing on his extensive track record of delivering successful projects, whilst developing deep practical knowledge of applied renewable technologies.
With over two decades of experience across manufacturing, construction, and healthcare, Heidi leads sustainability strategy within NHS Supply Chain. Her work supports the NHS Net Zero and Social Value agendas, helping translate ambition into practical, operational outcomes across one of the UK's most complex procurement systems.
Luke has been working in an NHS sustainability management role since 2008, starting in the acute sector and then moving into the mental health sector. He manages the sustainability agenda in AWP NHS Trust which covers a wide range of subjects including carbon emissions reporting, EV charging, solar PV, LED lighting, heat pumps, BMS engineering and HVAC systems management.
Graeme brings extensive senior-level experience across sustainability, ESG, energy management, and social value. His work spans central government, healthcare, nuclear, and facilities management, with a current focus on driving PHS Group's Net Zero 2040 strategy and embedding sustainable solutions at scale.
